Job Description

The Consultant, Global Pricing and Access delivers client consultancy projects and manages project‑related analytics, data, and tools available through industry platforms such as Pricentric and PriceRight. You will enrich these platforms with tailored insight and custom research, ensuring client projects are delivered on schedule, with the highest quality and value. Your focus includes pricing, market access launch strategy, competitor research, value‑based pricing analyses, Health Technology Assessments (HTAs), and related areas. You will support research and lead analysis around these topics, work closely with clients to identify needs and problems, and implement data‑driven solutions while managing your team’s workload to meet deliverables. You will also contribute to business development through proposal development and related activities aligned with quarterly revenue goals.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Deliver excellent business results through project team efforts, including: supporting design, development, and delivery of client analyses and deliverables; creating client reports and presentations; providing follow‑up with clients after deliverables to ensure satisfaction; leveraging business experience to offer strategic project approaches; adding client value wherever possible; developing intellectual property for future engagements; deepening knowledge of consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market; and maintaining high attention to quality and detail with strong written and spoken English. Excellent PowerPoint and Excel skills, including the ability to present data creatively and telling stories through slides, are required.

EXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB

Travel is 25% (U.S. and international). Hours are a minimum of 40 per week.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
• B.S./B.A. in a relevant field (required).
• 0‑2 years of pharmaceutical, medical/health industry experience (required).
• Demonstrated ability to lead and own personal projects.
• Strong conceptual, analytic and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Ability to establish credibility with service clients.
• Solid understanding of pharmaceutical business practices.
• Working knowledge of market research development.
• Quantitative and qualitative market research skills.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Willingness and ability to travel 10‑20% of time.

Preferred Qualifications
• Advanced degree (MBA, MS, MPH, etc.).
• Background in international pricing and market access, analytics, and forecasting.
• 1+ years of management consulting experience.
