About the role

Own community, content, and practical growth. Bring Discord and Reddit to life, turn product updates into clear stories, publish short tutorials in English, and create templates that help people get value fast. Run lightweight experiments, measure what works, and double down.

Must have

You thrive in small teams and move quickly. You do not need hand holding. You care about results, close the loop with users, and are happy to roll up your sleeves.

What you will do

• Run Discord and Reddit. Start conversations, moderate, host AMAs, and channel feedback to the product team
• Own the social calendar across X and other channels and grow reach with consistent and useful content
• Write a weekly product email that teaches and drives usage
• Record short English tutorials. Plan, script, record, edit, publish, and track results
• Build and maintain product templates made with Altan and showcase real use cases
• Ship small growth tests across partnerships, user generated content, and basic SEO
• Set up simple analytics and share clear weekly updates on what is working

• Systems thinker who sees growth as data, infrastructure, coordination, and iteration
• Scrappy and resourceful with a strong bias to action
• Team first mindset and comfortable in high trust and high performance environments
• Data driven and results oriented with a habit of improving processes
• Thrives in fast paced and growth oriented settings

Requirements

• Ideally two years in community, content, or growth with meaningful time at a startup
• Excellent written and spoken English. Spanish is a bonus but not required
• Comfortable on camera and able to produce short tutorials end to end
• Hands on with Discord, Reddit, X, basic video tools like CapCut or Descript, and an email platform such as SendGrid
• Working knowledge of analytics tools such as GA4 or simple dashboards in Notion or Sheets
• Location Barcelona
