Commercial Project Manager Mobility Home Market

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager for the Mobility Home Market. She/He will take full financial and commercial management responsibilities for Mobility Contracts within the home market.

A Commercial Project Manager (CPM) is fully responsible for all commercial-related matters, including but not limited to Accounting, Legal, Tax, Non-Conformance Management, and Contractual Compliance. The CPM ensures compliance with applicable national regulations during both the offer and project execution phases. The CPM also supports the Project Manager/Bid Manager in all other areas where a transfer of responsibilities is decided and/or a valuable contribution is identified.

What are my areas of responsibilities?
  • Empowerment: Drives own empowerment with adequate signature authorization and project target agreement to manage the project. Supports the PM/Bid Manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g., project gross profit, cash flow, assets, and financing instruments). Acts together with the PM as owner of the project.
  • Manage the project throughout the project life cycle: Actively manages all relevant commercial and financial topics in the sales and/or execution phase. Ensures an adequate handover phase, analyzes customer requirements, and examines their commercial and contractual feasibility and transferability within the home market legal framework. Manages and supports the PE Management in identifying, evaluating, and assessing risks & opportunities, strategies, and response activities. Ensures the accuracy of project books and records, including recording in the appropriate systems (e.g., SAP), ensuring compliance with Siemens-FRG and Spanish GAAP (PGC) requirements, as well as national contractual standards.
  • Manage customer requirements: Actively communicates with the customer's commercial representatives and manages the resolution of commercial and financial issues. Manages customer expectations together with the PM.
  • Manage project finances: Ensures the accuracy of cost and pricing calculations as well as overall project books and records, including recording in appropriate ERP systems. Prepares commercial documentation for regular project status/bid meetings and ensures the accuracy of commercial project data (e.g., FC, MIKA, cash flow). Actively performs asset management, initiates invoicing according to project progress and contractual terms, and ensures proper payment allocation. Ensures compliance with Siemens FRG and Spanish GAAP requirements. Supports the PM/Bid Manager in identifying and minimizing non-conformance costs and optimizing overall project costs.
What do I need to qualify for this role?
  • At least 4 years of experience in financial project functions.
  • CPM and C Certification in Siemens is a plus.
  • Experience in managing complex projects within the home market and strong financial background.
  • Knowledge of Siemens business processes, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience using BA tools (e.g., Spiridon, Dash/Roccit, GREAT, EPIQ, PM@Siemens, etc.).
  • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams.
  • Full professional proficiency in Spanish and English (written and oral).
  • Former participation in company talent programs is a plus.
  • Strong communication and coaching skills.
  • Perseverant yet open-minded, energetic, and creative.
  • Ability to create and implement structured approaches.
