The Commercial Marketing Executive Area is the guarantor of excellence in the implementation of regional Commercial Marketing plans and is a key figure in the negotiation with key customers.

Responsible for buildingbrandin the direct channel, transferring and adapting Marketing campaigns to the point of sale, with the end consumer as the target.

Responsible for the design, monitoring,analysis,and implementation of Indirect channel plans in the territory.

Reference figure for the entire sales team in terms of brand information, promotional activity, market behavior and competition. An essential piece within the Commercial Marketing team when it comes to commercial information in your region.

Role Responsibilities

Participates in the development of channel plans and brand plans, ensuring that they reflect the needs and opportunities of their region.

Communicates and aligns Commercial Marketing strategies, plans and programs (included in the Channel Plan) with territorial managers and sales teams to ensure coherence in the commercial strategy and the achievement of objectives in the direct and indirect channels.

Ensures compliance with investment objectives by brand and lever, always in line with the commercial objectives of the region and pursuing a positive RGM.

Monitors and controls HD's clients with agreements and investments in A&P to control the activities implemented, recalibrate and challenge agreements, size tools, look for new opportunities, make special plans, etc.

Ensures excellence in the implementation of actions in direct HD customers.

Control and monitoring of the actions implemented in the customers of its area of influence, as well as the commercial impact and consumer acquisition of brands through actions at the point of sale.

Analyses and evaluates promotional effectiveness, transferring the information to the Commercial Marketing Central team.

It provides regular feedback on the market situation, competition and business opportunities in their regions that contribute to making the construction of plans more efficient.

Responsible for overseeing and recording A&P investments in deal clients.

Attends and supervises the most relevant brand actions implemented in the clients of his region.

Accompanies and trains our sales team in the field, amplifying the guidelines and JTBD (job to be done) of the brands.

Qualifications

Education & Languages :

University Business degree.MBA Preferred.English & Spanish advanced.

Experience :
  • 2 years of experience on different commercial marketing / Sales or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
  • 1 years of experience on different commercial marketing / or Marketing positions of increasing responsibility.
  • 1 Commercial experience on FMCG industry.
