Role Responsibilities

Account & Client Management

  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with existing clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for any operational or commercial matter.
  • Hold regular meetings to review brand performance and identify opportunities for improvement or expansion.
  • Address and resolve client questions or issues, coordinating with other departments when needed.
  • Communicate client needs and feedback internally to the relevant teams.

Business Development & Commercial Deals

  • Identify new business opportunities with current clients.
  • Respond to inbound leads and requests from potential partners.
  • Prepare and present commercial proposals.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions in collaboration with Cuyna’s leadership team.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business, Marketing, Communication or similar.
  • 4-5 years of experience in account management, business development or sales.
  • Previous experience in the restaurant industry or foodservice sector.
  • Experience working in fast-paced environments such as startups or scale-ups.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational skills, goal orientation, and ability to work independently.
  • Advanced English: spoken and written (you will be tested).
