Position: Cloud Solutions Specialist
Location: Málaga, Spain
Employment Type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + performance bonus

We are seeking a Cloud Solutions Specialist to join our growing team in Málaga. In this role, you will help businesses achieve their digital transformation goals through cloud technologies. You will work closely with sales teams and partner managers to identify opportunities, provide expert cloud guidance, and ensure customer success through tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new customer acquisition and maximise up-sell and cross-sell opportunities for cloud services.

  • Present cloud value propositions aligned with each customer's business objectives and IT initiatives.

  • Deliver technical product overviews, solution recommendations, and cost analyses to ensure optimal customer outcomes.

  • Conduct feasibility assessments and propose solution designs for cloud adoption.

  • Support customers in deployment and adoption planning for cloud-based solutions.

  • Provide training sessions and share knowledge within the team to enhance cloud expertise.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales and operational performance targets.

Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in a Nordic language (C1 level) and intermediate or fluent English (verbal and written).

  • Experience: Minimum of 3 years in technology-related sales or business development.

  • Education: Bachelors degree required (Masters degree preferred) in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Certifications: Minimum of Cloud Fundamentals certification required; L200 certification preferred.

  • Technical Knowledge:

    • Solid understanding of cloud technologies, architecture, and adoption planning.

    • Familiarity with identity, authentication, security, privacy, and compliance within cloud environments.

    • Experience designing or managing cloud-based productivity and collaboration solutions.

  • Soft Skills:

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to explain complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

    • Proven record of achieving sales targets and driving results in a fast-paced environment.

    • Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to continuously expand technical knowledge.
