A mental health telehealth provider is seeking a Clinical Provider to support clients through 1-on-1 telehealth sessions while offering complete flexibility. Candidates should have a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, at least 3 years of clinical experience, and proficiency in both English and Spanish. The role involves addressing various clinical cases and collaborating with the internal team to improve client programs. Ideal for professionals wanting to complement their current practice.

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours.
• Experience with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals or similar.
• Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary.

What You'll Do

• Provide 1-on-1 telehealth / or onsite mental health support for Intellect’s clients
• Address a range of clinical cases, including depression, anxiety, trauma, eating disorders, and more
• Partner with our internal clinical team to improve the platform and client programs

Requirements

• Qualifications : Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, or an equivalent accredited programme
• Experience : A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience and 500 supervised clinical hours (excluding internships and academic placements)
• Expertise : Skilled in Trauma-Informed Therapeutic Approaches
• Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)
• Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for trauma survivors
• Somatic Experiencing (SE)
• Supervision Requirement : One supervision session every 2 months
• Experience : with trauma-related cases in psychiatric hospitals, mental health clinics, or similar settings
• Languages : Proficiency in English and Spanish
• Preferred Background : Prior experience with EAP, adult counseling, or coaching managerial roles
• Flexibility : Openness to occasional onsite work, if necessary, is a plus
