Formación

• 4+ years of experience in physical security and corporate security.
• Experience working with security technology, including access control and CCTV systems.
• Professional Identity Card (TIP) as security director qualification or willingness to obtain one.
• 4+ years of managing contract guard forces.

Responsabilidades

• Respond swiftly and calmly to security situations as they arise.
• Lead uniform guards.
• Support the on-site contractor security team as the primary security contact during the shift.
• Report all unusual events to the Regional Operations Director in a timely manner.
• Provide guidance and direction to contract security officers.

Overview

Are you looking for a challenging opportunity to lead a team of security professionals in a dynamic environment? We have an exciting position available for a Regional Security Manager. As a Regional Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the execution of our Security Program in our Data Center site.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with security technology and managing contract guard forces. They will also be able to work independently as well as part of a team and be comfortable with rapid changes in the environment. Strong analytical skills are essential for producing metrics and indicators, and proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond swiftly and calmly to security situations as they arise
• Lead uniform guards
• Support the on-site contractor security team as the primary security contact during the shift
• Report all unusual events to the Regional Operations Director in a timely manner
• Provide guidance and direction to contract security officers to maximize the effectiveness of the Security department
