Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company’s growth and profitability.
• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Provide strategic financial guidance to the executive team and CEO.
• Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations.
• Manage relationships with investors, auditors, and financial institutions.
• Lead risk management initiatives and financial planning processes.
• Identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth.
• Build and mentor a high-performing finance team across our global offices (Dubai, Armenia, Serbia).

Qualifications :

• Proven experience of 5+ years as a CFO or in a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of financial management, corporate finance, and accounting principles.
• Experience in the iGaming (B2B and B2C) industry is mandatory.
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.
