Financial Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our company, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, and maintaining effective financial processes.

Responsibilities

• Support local finance teams with closeout processes
• Analyze deviations from budget / forecast
• Calculate intercompany fees
• Calculate cost re-invoicing between group companies
• Collaborate with Auditors to ensure proper compliance
• Assist in preparation of year-end consolidated financial Statements
• Collaboration with M&A and tax departments in business combinations

Requirements

• Bachelor\'s degree or Master\'s degree in accounting, business, economics, finance, or a related field
• 3 years of professional experience in auditing (IFRS GAAP knowledge)
• Ideally with experience in a Big 4 company
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and SAP
• Advanced level of English, both spoken and written
