The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy, aligning with the company's mission and market opportunities.
2. Global Expansion: Drive the internationalization of the company's offerings, establishing partnerships and entering new markets.
3. Fundraising: Lead capital-raising efforts, including Series A and subsequent rounds, engaging with venture capitalists and impact investors.
4. Team Building: Cultivate a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and purpose.
5. Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison with investors, partners, and key stakeholders, articulating the company's vision and progress.

Candidate Profile

Essential Qualifications:

1. Experience: Minimum of 10 years in leadership roles within biotech, cleantech, or related sectors, with at least 5 years in a C-level position.

3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of biotechnology applications in sustainability, urban development, or environmental innovation.

5. Education: Advanced degree in business, science, or engineering; MBA or equivalent preferred.
