The ideal candidate has at least 4 years as a captain, 2 years charter experience, and excellent navigational skills. Responsibilities include safe operation, guest engagement, and yacht maintenance. Formación

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a captain on similar-sized vessels.
• At least 2 years of charter experience.
• Valid Schengen visa required for non-Schengen candidates.

Responsabilidades

• Navigate and operate the catamaran safely and efficiently.
• Plan and execute itineraries for guest experience.
• Maintain the yacht including routine maintenance.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Oversee crew and delegate tasks.
