Our Home Care Finance team in Barcelona (Spain) is currently looking for a CAPEX AND INVESTMENT MANAGER to lead business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and follow up of the Home Care Division strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. This role ensures effective allocation of resources to support growth, capacity expansion and production efficiency aligning with company’s financial and strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead business and financial analysis, evaluation, forecasting, and follow up of the Home Care Division strategic investment projects and CapEx across Home Care sites. This role ensures effective allocation of resources to support growth, capacity expansion and production efficiency aligning with company’s financial and strategic objectives.
• Manage the end-to-end capital expenditure process, including budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of the actual expenditure versus approved business opinion, forecasts and budget, including the presentations to senior management.
• Prepare investment approval requests including business opinions, financial models, cost-benefit analyses and ROI models.
