We are seeking a Business Solutions Manager to design and develop different solutions for our clients & markets.
Using our core product capabilities and understanding our unique selling proposition and vision, the perfect candidate is passionate about storytelling, project design & execution, sales processes and advertising technology.
The candidate will be in charge of developing new business opportunities and building a strong connection between our product, our solutions and the customer needs.
This is a 12-month temporary position (leave of absence coverage).
Project & Solution Designing and Execution: Identify new market opportunities and create concepts to position TAPTAP technology & solutions as a top partner for brands in the advertising & marketing ecosystem.
Build a specific business roadmap, finding key clients and industries to evolve and upgrade TAPTAP´s core value proposition.
Design conceptual solutions, linking all the activity and company storytelling.
Develop specific client projects, working from the client needs.
Pitch and present business solutions to our clients.
Evaluate ways to improve our solution stack, focusing on delivery and client satisfaction.
Encourage creativity and risk-taking.
Partnership Management: Work together with the sales team to build and enrich relationships with top clients and partners.
Design and implement new resources and techniques to increase engagement with clients.
Develop specific workshops and trainings to reinforce TAPTAP´s core value proposition for our stakeholders.
Follow project execution verifying success and optimizing solutions.
Evangelization & Sales Enablement: Test new products and solutions, evaluating key concepts and designing go to market strategies.
Partner with the sales team to create a deep understanding of TAPTAP´s technology and solutions and reinforce our core message.
Evaluate TAPTAP´s solutions to include new features, functionality or recommendations based on market experience and client feedback.
