A leading recruitment firm is seeking a Business Development Representative (Dutch) in Barcelona. This hybrid role involves driving new business, engaging with decision-makers, and maintaining CRM records. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, native fluency in Dutch, and strong English skills with experience in outbound or B2B sales. Competitive renumeration and relocation support are offered.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Drive new business by identifying high-potential prospects and achieving quarterly SQO targets
  • Execute outbound calls and emails to engage decision‑makers, understand needs, and present tailored cloud solutions
  • Educate clients on available technologies and align solutions with their business goals
  • Maintain accurate CRM records (Salesforce) and ensure smooth handover of qualified opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to maximize conversion rates and overall pipeline performance.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • Native/fluen level of Dutch and strong English communication skills both verbal and written
  • Previous experience in outbound or B2B sales, ideally within IT or cloud solutionsUnderstanding of cloud computing and consultative sales principles
  • Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable working in a phone-based environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
