Formación

  • Más de 3 años de experiencia en desarrollo de negocios en la industria del software/tecnología.
  • Historial comprobado en generación de leads y cierre de negocios B2B.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés.

Responsabilidades

  • Identificar y generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio en desarrollo de software y soluciones impulsadas por IA.
  • Trabajar con el equipo de ventas y marketing para elaborar estrategias de entrada al mercado.
  • Construir relaciones con clientes y asistir a eventos del sector.

We’re looking for a Business Developer to fuel our growth in Spain—someone who understands the software industry, is energized by AI and new tech like agentic AI and vibe coding, and knows how to convert ideas into impact. Today is the moment to rethink businesses, and you want to take a leading role.

What You Will Do

  1. Identify and generate new business opportunities in software development and AI-driven solutions.
  2. Work closely with our Head of Innovation, Sales & Marketing, and other teams to shape go-to-market strategies.
  3. Initiate and build client relationships, especially with tech-driven companies ready to innovate.
  4. Take ownership of lead generation, deal flow, and customer engagement.
  5. Translate client challenges into tailored, high-value software propositions.
  6. Act as a sparring partner to both clients and internal teams, ensuring business alignment and delivery focus.
  7. Attend local and international events to promote Cactus’ services.
  8. Contribute to the growth of our Sevilla team and help establish Cactus as the leading digital agency in the region.

What We Expect

  • 3+ years of experience in business development in the software/tech industry.
  • Proven track record of generating leads and closing B2B deals.
  • A proactive, self-confident communicator who speaks up, challenges, and engages.
  • Technically savvy, with a good grasp of software development and AI trends.
  • Understanding of digital business models and how technology drives growth.
  • Energetic, motivated by impact, and ready to take initiative.
  • Collaborative and open—you're a team player who lifts others up.
  • Comfortable with variable compensation tied to performance.
  • Preferably based in Sevilla and open to working from our office.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English.
