Formación

  • At least 5 years of experience in the power conversion industry.
  • Excellent English, Spanish is a plus.
  • Specific knowledge in Power Electronics.

For the expansion of our team, we are seeking to hire in Getafe (Madrid) a dynamic and motivated Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive Business Growth: Identify and pursue new opportunities by establishing relationships with potential clients, strategic partners, and suppliers within the power conversion sector.
  • Market Intelligence: Continuously monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to inform strategic decisions and identify growth areas.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling commercial and technical proposals tailored to client needs and project requirements.
  • Contract Management: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and close agreements, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Technical education in electrical engineering with specialization in Power Electronics.
  • Languages: Excellent English language skills. Spanish is a plus; other EU languages are also advantageous.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in the power conversion industry.
  • Specific knowledge: Power Electronics.
