A leading automotive brand in Madrid is seeking a Management Control professional to design and implement the Management Control area from scratch. The role involves developing financial and business reporting systems, as well as preparing and controlling budgets and forecasts. The ideal candidate should possess a degree in a relevant field, have over 5 years of experience in management control, strong Excel skills, and ERP system knowledge. Fluent English is mandatory for this position.

Formación

  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Management Control / Controlling.
  • Experience with ERP systems.
  • Autonomous, structured, analytical profile with strong business mindset.

  • Design, implement and lead the Management Control area from scratch.
  • Design and implement financial and business reporting systems.

About the Company

OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

To design, implement and lead the Management Control area from scratch, design the reporting systems and lead the financial control of the business with a strong focus on :

  • Business profitability analysis
  • Development of reporting systems
  • Build the Management Control department from scratch
  • Design and implement financial and business reporting systems
  • Prepare, monitor and control the annual budget and forecasts
  • Monitor margins by business line, channel and cost centre
  • Work closely with the local Finance Director and the international headquarters
Qualifications and Requirements
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering or similar
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Management Control / Controlling
  • Advanced Excel and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Navision, Dynamics, Oracle or similar)
  • Fluent English is mandatory (international environment)
  • Autonomous, structured, analytical profile with strong business mindset
