A leading global snack company is seeking a dynamic marketeer in Madrid for a temporary role in brand and portfolio management. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in FMCG. Responsibilities include developing strategies for brand growth and marketing innovations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and managing key marketing projects. Proficiency in both Spanish and English is required. This role focuses on their iconic brand MILKA and includes no relocation support.

Formación

You create and implement the innovation/renovation strategy that is aligned with the brand vision to drive sustainable growth.

How you will contribute

You will work with others in Mondelēz International to determine an innovation strategy and priorities to enable consumer‑centric brand growth and execute commercial innovation plans on innovation based on identified goals. In partnership with brand teams, you will define and deliver plans to renovate the core brand and to strengthen the entire portfolio through innovation and renovation. You will also manage the portfolio (which includes brand architecture). In this role, you are accountable for revenue and profit, sharing objectives as they relate to innovation, and monitoring performance against key performance indicators. Based on your deep consumer insights, brand strategy and positioning, you will integrate innovation into marketing communication plans and campaigns.

About this role

We are currently looking for a proactive, and dynamic marketeer with a growth mindset who is open to embrace challenges, to join our Marketing team. Your work will contribute to develop our iconic brand MILKA (one of the few top priority growth brands for Mondelēz Spain) a global brand with more than 120 years of history.

What extra ingredients you will bring
  • Minimum of 3 years of proven brand marketing experience, preferably in FMCG
  • Strong Ability to analyze and synthesize complex problems and track brand KPI’s, including Nielsen & Kantar.
  • Actively participate on the design and implementation of the Spanish Marketing plans, namely our key consumer activations like our current partnership with LA LIGA and show autonomy in coordinating projects from A to Z whether they are related to consumer activations or to portfolio.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Nielsen Software
  • Proficiency in Spanish (native level) and English (written and spoken)
