LOCATION

This position offers a flexible work model, primarily remote in Spain. International candidates willing to relocate to Spain are welcome to apply.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

As part of our Technical Services team, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat with our BarTender software and printer drivers. This includes resolving high-level technical issues related to our Enterprise software and third-party applications. Your responsibilities include:

  • Engaging with customers through various communication channels.
  • Identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues.
  • Seeking assistance from senior technicians or escalating cases as needed.
  • Researching and responding to inquiries about our software’s capabilities.
  • Contributing to our Knowledge Base and support articles.
  • Taking on special projects like report writing, documentation, and suggesting product improvements.
  • Collaborating with departments such as Engineering, IT, QA, and Sales.
  • Providing a world-class customer experience.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
  • Good working knowledge of Windows, applications, and printers.
  • Effective communication skills in French and English.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Problem-solving skills and active listening.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Technical support experience.
  • Ability to collaborate with teams and work independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Degree in Computer Science or related certification, or self-taught.
TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT
  • Full-time position with benefits.
  • Permanent contract (Contrato Indefinido).
  • Remote work within Spain; candidates in Madrid may have a hybrid role.
  • Must provide documentation proving authorization to work in Spain.

  • Annual salary of €33,000 plus performance-based bonus.
