A leading international technology-driven company is seeking a Bilingual Executive Assistant in Madrid to support senior corporate leaders and assist with office management when necessary. The role requires 8-10 years of experience in a multinational environment, with proficiency in English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and maintaining confidentiality. The ideal candidate will be organized, proactive, and possess excellent communication skills, ensuring effective support and professionalism in dealings with senior executives.

Formación

  • 8-10 years of experience as an Executive Assistant in a multinational corporate environment required.
  • Minimum English level of C (CEFR) mandatory.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and operate independently.

Responsabilidades

  • Provide direct Executive Assistant support to senior Corporate leaders.

Our client, an international technology-driven company is looking for a Bilingual Executive Assistant to support senior corporate leaders while also supporting office management activities if needed.

This is a key position with high visibility. The remit includes but is not limited to:

Corporate Executive Support
  • Providing direct Executive Assistant support to senior Corporate leaders, with occasional support to additional stakeholders within a Corporate team to facilitate their daily work routine
  • Managing complex and dynamic agendas
  • Coordinating domestic and international travel arrangements and managing itineraries, logistics and documentation across global time zones
  • Processing and monitoring executive expense reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission
  • Maintain confidential and sensitive information with absolute discretion
  • Booking and coordinating internal and external meetings, including preparation or supervision of meeting rooms, materials and logistics
  • Handle printing, faxing, mail packages, copying, filing and routing correspondence as appropriate
Office General Support (if needed)
  • Overseeing relationships with office suppliers and service providers, ensuring quality and issue resolution
  • Supporting general office organisation and contributing to a professional, functioning work environment

Candidates must be comfortable working in English and Spanish and the Microsoft Office package and relevant software (Slack, etc.). A credible University degree would be considered a plus. Experience of at least 8-10 years as an Executive Assistant in a multinational corporate environment will be highly valued. A minimum English level of C (CEFR) is mandatory for this position.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, well presented, proactive and resourceful, with excellent communication skills and the ability to operate independently. They will be comfortable liaising with senior executives and international stakeholders, acting as a trusted support figure while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.

Location - Madrid, Tres Cantos

Salary - Dependent on experience

Timetable - 9.00-18.00 (Fridays 9.00 - 15.00)

Contract - Permanent

Incorporation - Q1 2026

WFH - Possible, subject to team needs
