Formación

  • 1+ years of experience in B2B Account Management, Customer Success, or a client-facing role.
  • Comfortable working with CRM tools and client dashboards.
  • Thrives in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilidades

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate clients.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding tailored to client needs.
  • Track client health through usage data and surveys.
  • Drive adoption of BizAway’s platform.
  • Identify and act on upsell opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Support, and Product teams.
  • Suggest actions and campaigns to improve customer journey.
