A global IT service provider in Madrid seeks an experienced Corporate Travel Agent to coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in corporate travel agency operations and expert-level proficiency in Amadeus GDS and Concur Travel. Excellent communication skills in both English and German are required. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement within a fast-growing SAP-focused tech environment.

Formación

• Several years of experience working in a corporate travel agency.
• Expert-level proficiency in Amadeus Selling Platform for booking.
• Experience with online booking tools, especially Concur Travel.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and book domestic and international travel for employees.
• Ensure all travel arrangements comply with company policies.
• Provide support for travel-related issues, including changes and cancellations.

Excellent communication skills in English and German

Educación

Completed apprenticeship or academic degree in travel management / travel agency or related field
