PUIG is looking for a Brand Ambassador to join our team, reporting to the Store Manager of the assigned store. The Brand Ambassador is a key ambassador of the brand to the customer. They are a sales professional in the fragrance/beauty/luxury sector and ensure, with their professionalism, the service of corporate image, customer satisfaction, and loyalty. They actively contribute to store sales and the achievement of established quantitative and qualitative objectives, playing a key role within the team.
What you'll get to do• Ensure a unique and unforgettable shopping experience at all times, ensuring the achievement of established Sell Out objectives, monitoring KPIs, and other indicators and store traffic metrics.
• Promote cross-selling and upselling, striving to exceed objectives and ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer experience.
• Have a deep knowledge of all products in the assigned range and stay updated at all times.
• Narrate the stories and values of each of our brands. Stay informed about our industry and competition.
• Ensure customer loyalty by collecting their information through appropriate tools and building a long-term relationship with them.
• Participate in regular store meetings and contribute to implementing a winning action plan.
• Manage all special events, including collection launches, customer events, counter/store animations, podiums, sales events, and center events.
• Ensure that the point of sale expresses the excellence of our brands in a sublime way, constantly ensuring the perfect display of our products according to company standards, and pointing out any necessary corrections to increase sales.
• Proactively participate in the product category stock process to maximize sales (receipt of merchandise, inventories, warehouse, orders).
• Contribute to a collaborative environment and service excellence, working as a team with team members, showing proactivity, seeking solutions, all in accordance with the company's values.
• Attend all relevant training sessions, programs, and meetings led by store management and the education team.
• You are passionate about and/or bring significant experience in selling fragrance, makeup, or luxury/niche brands.
• You have experience as a makeup specialist.
• You love sales and have a customer-centric approach, enjoying establishing a lasting and long-term relationship with your clients.
• You possess excellent interpersonal and listening skills.
• You enjoy working in a team, and you are an open, ambitious, dynamic, and proactive individual.
• Flexibility in working hours and tasks is a strength.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
