A fast-growing startup in the aviation sector is seeking a Litigation Lawyer in Madrid, Spain. The ideal candidate will have a valid Attorney at Law license and experience in litigation. You will lead in-court collections related to passenger claims and manage legal matters. Strong analytical skills and knowledge of consumer rights is essential. The role offers a flexible, remote-first culture with opportunities for professional growth. This is an indefinite-term freelancing contract.

Formación

• Must have a valid Attorney at Law license in Spain.
• Experience with litigation in Spain is required.
• Knowledge of EU261 / 2004 and Montreal Convention is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• File court cases to collect compensation for airline passengers.
• Act as the legal representative for AirAdvisor in Spain.
• Maintain accurate legal case files and comply with Spanish legal ethics.
