Overview

As a motivated and customer-focused individual, we are seeking a Junior Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in the daily supervision of the sales team and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and be a role model to the team by maximizing sales and service performance.
• Help manage daily store operations including planners, individual targets, break schedules, and floor coverage.
• Ensure team compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies.
• Support accurate till operations and adherence to company guidelines.
• Assist in stocktake preparations and understand the process from an Operations and Loss Prevention perspective.
