A leading travel assistance company in Spain is seeking a specialist to oversee operations and train staff. The candidate should have at least 3 years of experience, be fluent in English and one Nordic language, and possess strong supervisory skills. Viking Travel Care is looking for a new colleague with extensive experience in travel assistance and insurance.
The specialist will be responsible for training colleagues in insurance conditions and how to think like an insurance professional, as well as teaching the ropes of assistance case handling. The specialist will also participate in the daily shift management by supervising the operations, dispatching cases and prioritization activities, as well as by training more junior colleagues in similar tasks. In addition, the specialist will ensure implementation and constant improvement of our daily operational routines and have tasks in relation to quality processes, will participate in projects and function as a contact person towards stakeholders, e.g. insurance companies.

Workplace
The position is located at one of our operations centres in Spain, in either Torrevieja or Fuengirola. Remote work is not available.
Working hours
The position will work office hours (daytime Monday to Friday), but as we are a 24 / 7 emergency response centre, other working hours may be required at times.
