The role focuses on IT infrastructure and application support, including deploying Windows 11, user support, and maintaining a ServiceNow CMDB. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 2-5 years of experience, and strong language skills in Spanish and English.

• Application and patches installation, both in computers and servers
• Maintenance
• taking security measures
• Inventory and asset management

Tasks

• Deploy Win11 in computers from scratch
• User support
• Install software and updates
• Maintenance and update of ServiceNow CMDB for assets inventory
• Manage mobile phones sourcing and deployment
• Troubleshoot network issues
• Maintenance and update of Active Directory
• Receipt material from suppliers
• Daily review of Veeam backups
