Formación

  • 4-5 años de experiencia en M&A, preferiblemente en el sector energético.
  • Fluidez en español e inglés con habilidades de comunicación sólidas.

Responsabilidades

  • Contribuir a procesos de M&A en todas las etapas, incluyendo valoración y documentación.
  • Realizar análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos de oportunidades de M&A globalmente.

How to contribute to our vision:

  • Based in Madrid
  • Contribution to M&A processes in all stages: origination, execution and closing / post-closing management. Including, among others: valuation, due diligence, transaction documentation, financing and internal / external reporting
  • Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of M&A opportunities globally
  • Develop and evaluate detailed financial models
  • Conduct in-depth research in respect of regulatory and macroeconomic aspects of target geographies, relevant technologies and mapping business models
  • Support with preparation of materials to be presented to Board and Executive Committee
  • Ex-post performance review of M&A transactions

Professional Attributes:

  • University degree in Business Administration / Business Administration & Law / Engineering
  • 4-5 years of experience in M&A (i.e. Investment Bank, Transaction Services in Big 4) or Strategic Consulting; with experience in the energy sector / renewables preferably
  • 100% fluent in Spanish and English (i.e. solid verbal and written communication skills)
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills (including knowledge of financial accounting)
  • Team player, proactive, highly motivated and self-driven, with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • High level knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
