Would you like to teach at Founderz?

We are looking for people who are already applying Artificial Intelligence in their day-to-day work and want to share that experience in a practical, straightforward way. Rather than theoretical experts, we seek professionals with real-world cases who can teach something useful and are ready to apply it the very next day.

Note: this is not a permanent or full-time job. This is a one-time gig that would be rewarded with a one-time payment. Anyone can fulfill this opportunity, especially if you already have a full-time job. We are looking for people with a solid background and a desire to share their knowledge.

What we are looking for

• Established professionals who use Artificial Intelligence in real situations and want to share hands-on cases. (CRUCIAL)
• Creativity and teaching ability. Although prior teaching experience isn’t required, you should feel comfortable speaking in front of a camera. (CRUCIAL)
• Someone who can easily arrange recording logistics with us. Ideally, being able to travel within Spain, or being based elsewhere, but happy to coordinate.
• Willingness to collaborate with other professionals to develop a core syllabus.
• Native, C2, or C1 (high) English Level (CRUCIAL)

Fields of interest

• Core Topics: AI ethics, sustainability, human potential, cybersecurity, local deployment, or the EU AI Act.
• Applications by Domain: Real-world AI use in healthcare, finance, retail, media, marketing, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector processes. Insights into most or all of these fields would be a bonus.
• Applications by Role: Practical AI for professionals across HR, sales, marketing, finance, leadership, and daily productivity. Insights into most or all of these fields would be a bonus.
• Education-Focused Roles: K–12 and higher ed teachers, instructional leaders, administrators, librarians, and educators from underrepresented regions.
• Education-Specific AI Topics: Teaching AI, tools for educators, accessibility, and equity in the classroom.
• Bonus if you’re connected to UNESCO, UNICEF, Microsoft, or other similar organizations.
