Overview

Founderz is the leading online school in Europe, specializing in AI training for professionals and businesses. Founded by Pau Garcia-Milà and Anna Cejudo in 2020, we are a Worldwide Training Partner of Microsoft with over 230k students from more than 50 countries. Additionally, over 350 companies trust us to train their teams in artificial intelligence.

We are looking for people who are already applying Artificial Intelligence in their day-to-day work and want to share that experience in a practical, straightforward way. Rather than theoretical experts, we seek professionals with real-world cases who can teach something useful and are ready to apply it the very next day.

This is not a permanent or full-time job. This is a one-time gig that would be rewarded with a one-time payment. Anyone can fulfill this opportunity, especially if you already have a full-time job.

We are looking for people with a solid background and a desire to share their knowledge. What are we looking for?

Responsibilities

• Establish professionals who use Artificial Intelligence in real situations and want to share hands-on cases.
• Provide creative, engaging teaching with the ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical guidance.
• Be comfortable speaking in front of a camera; prior teaching experience isn\'t required.
• Coordinate recording logistics with Founderz and arrange logistics as needed.
• Be ideally based in Spain or able to travel within Spain, but open to coordinating from elsewhere.
• Collaborate with other professionals to develop a core syllabus.
• Demonstrate native, C2, or high-level English (CRUCIAL).

Fields of Interest (AI) and Topics

We are especially interested if you have experience in one or more of the following fields (please write your experience with AI):

• Core Topics: AI ethics, sustainability, human potential, cybersecurity, local deployment, EU AI Act.
• Applications by Domain: Real-world AI use in healthcare, finance, retail, media, marketing, entrepreneurship, and cross-sector processes.
• Applications by Role: Practical AI for professionals across HR, sales, marketing, finance, leadership, and daily productivity.
• Education-Focused Roles: K–12 and higher education teachers, instructional leaders, administrators, librarians, and educators from underrepresented regions.
• Education-Specific AI Topics: Teaching AI, tools for educators, accessibility, and equity in the classroom.

Bonus: if you\'re connected to UNESCO, UNICEF, Microsoft, or other similar organizations.
