Positions

Product Manager Assistant

• Support marketing strategies for one or two mature products in the region, and support communication with mid- and junior-level customers. Collect regional requirement information, and explore and track opportunities.
• Assist in guiding customers' requirements, supporting customers' industry-oriented market expansion, and solving problems in customer development.
• Assist in product market segment management, overall go-to-market and GTM strategy planning, and ensure the effective implementation of sales strategies.
• Assist in supporting digital marketing and routine operation of theme stores, carry out technical communication on brand and feature indicators of mid- and junior-level mature products, and enable customers.
• Assist in planning and organizing product branding activities in the region to achieve business operation, landscape, and competition goals.

Channel Operations Assistant

• Independently undertake support tasks for partner operations (including partner collaboration management, partner capability development, digital operations, etc.)
• Participate in the validation and execution of plans
• Identify risks and issues in business support, and drive improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Language: Spanish, English, Chinese fluency (B2 level)
• Proficient in using common office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Outlook)
• Good communication and coordination
• Interest in learning about technology
