This role is perfect for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can provide exceptional support to professors at our institution.

The transformative assistant will be the first point of contact for professors, ensuring their smooth integration into our community. They will act as a key supportive figure, contributing to achieving an excellent teaching experience.

The assistant will work closely with the Vice Dean and professors, collaborating with other team members to carry out all administrative tasks related to the department's successful performance.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings and book classrooms efficiently

  • Manage databases and filing systems accurately
  • Process reimbursements and expense reports
  • Prepare and distribute documents effectively
  • Perform any other activity required by the department

Requirements

To thrive in this role, you should have :

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent English and Spanish language skills (written and spoken)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, positive attitude, trustworthiness, accountability, punctuality
