Key Responsibilities

General Administrative Tasks :

Welcoming and assisting clients professionally.

Supporting the legal team administratively.

Managing schedules and appointments.

Handling calls and emails.

Ensuring efficient office operations.

Calculate and submit Form 210 to the Spanish Tax Agency, managing the recovery of 3% tax.

Monitor and manage notifications from tax and government authorities.

Handle requests from the AEAT (Spanish Tax Agency), ensuring compliance.

Manage bookkeeping and accounting for clients.

Oversee general accounting and tax filings.

Prepare and manage invoices for clients.

Perform weekly accounting tasks for clients.

Respond to client inquiries and provide support.

Prepare and send quotes to clients or lawyers.

Assist colleagues with tasks like obtaining NIFs and digital certificates.

Your Profile

Proficiency in Spanish, Dutch, and English.

At least 3 years of experience in a legal office environment.

Ability to handle the stress and workload of a law firm.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal management software.
