Our client, a dynamic interior design and renovation company based in Marbella, is looking for an experienced accountant who can also take on organizational responsibilities to support their growing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accounting (Approximately 70% of Working Hours)
    • Independently manage all aspects of bookkeeping.
    • Monitor and manage incoming and outgoing invoices.
    • Reconcile accounts and track account movements.
    • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in collaboration with the tax advisor.
    • Manage payment plans and oversee the dunning process.
    • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
  • Administrative (Approximately 30% of Working Hours)
    • Plan and coordinate staff schedules, including vacation and work shifts.
    • Oversee the scheduling and coordination of contractors and service providers, ensuring timely completion and quality control.
    • Manage employee records and provide support with administrative HR tasks.
    • Assist management with general organizational and administrative duties.
Qualifications
  • Completed vocational training or degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • Several years of experience in accounting, ideally in a medium-sized company.
  • Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or similar) and MS Office, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Fluency in Spanish and Spanish; proficiency in German is a plus.
