What will you be doing?

The account manager is responsible of the assigned clients servicing and support, including onboarding, nurturing client relationships, making analytical recommendations, and creating and delivering insightful presentations of Spanish Toy Market.

The goal is to extend beyond providing data, but to be a trusted partner in which our internal practice teams and clients rely on.

Job Responsibilities
  • After a learning period, own the day-to-day relationships with a defined client portfolio (Spanish clients) and prospecting for new clients.
  • Circana Toys is a worldwide business, so it’s a must to build strong partnership with cross-functional departments and teams within Circana to ensure success for the business (OPS, Marketing, Other Countries local teams, Global teams etc.)
  • Support on building strategic relationships with client contacts at Spanish, European and Global Level.
  • Understand and communicate complex data in an easily digestible format.
  • Accurately interpret data and clearly articulate findings and insights to both internal and external audiences, in written and verbal formats.
  • Build and deliver insightful presentations and maintain recurring reports & dashboards
Requirements
  • Degree in business, economics, etc
  • High competency on Excel and Powerpoint, user of PowerBI or other database software is highly valued.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities; curiosity and drive.
  • Aptitude to synthesize data and develop meaningful conclusions / insights from several data sources.
  • Interpersonal skills to build strong and productive relations with clients, prospects and internal partners.
  • Good level of English is a must (C1)
  • Experience in consulting services environment is a plus.
