Strategy and Role

The organization is developing a future-oriented sales strategy to enable commercial teams to balance customer acquisition, development, and retention. The sales model emphasizes high potential and high value opportunities, focusing on consultative selling of high-value solutions, innovation, and cross-selling.

Vacancy: Account Manager

The Account Manager will drive growth in central and northern Spain, playing a key role in implementing the sales strategy. As part of the Southern Europe Sales Team, reporting to the Commercial Manager South, they will oversee a portfolio of high-value clients.

They will nurture existing relationships and pursue new business opportunities, combining a customer-centric approach with an engineering mindset to deliver tailored, value-based proposals. Responsibilities include executing portfolio plans, managing sales funnels, conducting customer meetings, and using CRM and Power BI tools to optimize activities.

Location and Collaboration

Based in Spain, working remotely with travel across Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria, Extremadura, and Portugal. The role involves independent work within the territory and close collaboration with regional and cross-functional teams.
