JOB DESCRIPTION:

DGICC is looking to add a creative, outspoken, and energetic sales associate. We are looking for people who think outside the box, are willing to do what it takes to succeed, ability to learn quickly and have a passion for sales. This is an ideal position for a smart, motivated individual who is passionate about delivering great service and work in a high powered and multicultural environment. The role:

• Responsible for contacting potential customers through outbound calls.
• Identify new opportunities and converting them into sales.
• Qualify leads given and turning them into business opportunities.
• Execute and achieve sales quota and targets.
• Achieve excellent customer service and support proactively responding to client queries.

Who you are:

• Have a strong passion for sales.
• Have a high level of personal motivation - a real "self-starter".
• You are an individual with a passion to learn and contribute.
• Previous experience on sales or call center.
• Native level of German, French, Italian, Portuguese and/or Russian.
• Have a high level of both written and spoken English.
• Have excellent communication and negotiating skills as well as a professional telephone manner.
