BM Ingredients is a leading distributor of high-quality herbal extracts. We supply these extracts to private label clients and contract manufacturers, and the market is expanding rapidly. We are looking for an experienced sales professional to join our team.
Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in the nutraceuticals industry.
Fluency in English and at least one additional language (German preferred).
Strong teamwork skills and flexibility.
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PDF) as these tools are used daily.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, particularly for dealing with our suppliers in India and China.

Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the nutraceutical industry
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, expanding the company’s client base across Europe
Prepare and follow up on quotations, ensuring timely and accurate communication with clients
Negotiate pricing and contract terms in collaboration with management
Coordinate with the logistics and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order processing and on-time deliveries
Monitor market trends, competitors, and pricing strategies to identify growth opportunities
Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and client meetings when required
Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
Maintain CRM records and ensure all client information is up to date
Compensation
Salary: €3,200 to €3,800 per month (based on experience).
7.5% commission on profit from each sale.
