For the Maintenance department, AeroLogic is looking for a:

Key Account Manager (Maintenance Contracts) (m / f / x)

Start date: Immediate

Location: Leipzig / Halle Airport

• Responsible for the performance, cost, and quality of major maintenance contracts.
• Continuously review provider and contract performance, developing improvement plans.
• Monitor and develop KPIs for assigned contracts.
• Act as AeroLogic's representative to the commercial and operational contacts of providers and internal stakeholders.
• Improve administration of existing maintenance contracts, including process and interface improvements.
• Develop and improve contract structures and processes to optimize the contract landscape.
• Evaluate demand, scope, initiate, and lead RFP processes.
• Qualifications include a degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.
• Significant experience managing long-term contracts.
• Experience in scoping, tendering, and negotiating maintenance contracts.
• Experience developing and managing KPI monitoring systems.
• Strong understanding of numbers, processes, and commercial relations.
• Ability to quickly assess new situations and data.
• Proven ability to achieve goals with assertiveness and commercial drive.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex information clearly.
• Fluent in English and German.
• Willingness to travel.
