A leading manufacturing company is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to lead and transform operations across locations in Germany, including Dinslaken and Hilden. The successful candidate will consolidate systems, develop teams, and foster a collaborative culture. This role requires proven experience in customer service management and strong knowledge of ERP and CRM systems.
Role Purpose & Scope : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and transform our customer service operations across three key locations in Germany : Dinslaken Hilden and Goldkronach. This role is pivotal in driving organizational change consolidating systems and teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performing customer service culture.
The role will be based in Dinslaken or Hilden with regular travel to the other two sites. The successful candidate will unify the leadership of the three existing teams harmonize ERP and CRM systems and build a strong team spirit across locations.
