Job description

Role Purpose & Scope : We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Manager to lead and transform our customer service operations across three key locations in Germany : Dinslaken Hilden and Goldkronach. This role is pivotal in driving organizational change consolidating systems and teams and fostering a collaborative and high-performing customer service culture.

The role will be based in Dinslaken or Hilden with regular travel to the other two sites. The successful candidate will unify the leadership of the three existing teams harmonize ERP and CRM systems and build a strong team spirit across locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead develop and inspire customer service teams across Dinslaken Hilden and Goldkronach
  • Drive the consolidation of teams ensuring alignment in structure roles and responsibilities
  • Foster a culture of collaboration accountability and continuous improvement
  • Develop coaching and training plans to support team growth and performance
Ability to travel regularly between locations
