Key Responsibilities:

• Leading the department of Aftersales Commercial Operations, which includes, but is not limited to, Parts operations, category management, B2B and B2C communication, Accessory and product development, digitalization projects and more AS Marketing activities
• Manage the entire the supply chain including warehouse operations, planning, forecasting, KPI tracking, performance assessment, BO management and the entire order to invoice process
• Commercial reporting, forecasting, sales analysis, campaign management, pricing reviews and budget preparations are central part of the responsibility
• Closely collaborate with all BYD departments
• Apply latest analytics and knowledge-management tools and technology
• Planning and organizing AS dedicated events and incentive activities
• Develop and manage a strong AS communication strategy all internal and external activities to support the image of BYD and especially of BYD AS department

Qualifications:

• Strong automotive technical and warranty management background
• Minimum Bachelors degree in a technical/engineering field of study
• 10+ years of experience in a similar role in automotive/ E-mobility within importer or OEM.
• Organized with communication skills and an understanding of differences between countries, cultures, regulations. Self-learning, the ability to discover and solve problems.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German language and English is a must.
• High-level attention to details, time management and accuracy. Proficient PowerPoint and presentation skills.
• Must hold a valid driver license for EU and candidates must be eligible to work in Europe.
