As a Field Service Engineer at Pylontech, you will be instrumental in ensuring the successful deployment, operation, and maintenance of our cutting‑edge BESS and inverter technologies. • On‑Site Technical Support : Lead the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Pylontech's BESS and inverter systems, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in‑depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.
• Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary on‑site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Service Solutions : Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
• Continuous Improvement : Collect and report customer feedback to inform product enhancements and service strategies.

• Educational Background : Degree or certification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Industry Experience : Proven experience in the PV inverter and energy storage system industry, with a strong understanding of BESS technologies.
• Technical Expertise : Hands‑on experience with inverter systems and BESS, including troubleshooting and system integration.
• Customer Focus : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑centric approach.
• Language Proficiency : Fluency in English and German; proficiency in additional European languages is advantageous.
• Travel & Licensing : Willingness to travel frequently; possession of a valid driving license.
