• Troubleshooting & Diagnostics : Identify and resolve technical issues promptly, leveraging your in‑depth knowledge of energy storage technologies.
• Customer Engagement : Serve as the primary on‑site liaison, providing training and support to customers, and ensuring their needs are met effectively.
• Service Solutions : Conduct site acceptance tests, perform repairs and upgrades, and maintain comprehensive service documentation.
