STUDEX of Europe GmbH, as the European headquarters, manages all customers and subsidiaries across Europe.

As Category Development Manager (m/f/d), you’ll own and grow a strategic product category across key European markets—turning a strong product into a winning retail concept. You’ll drive customer growth, boostsales, and travel regularly to engage retailers, visit stores, and align cross-functional teams across countries.

• Develop and execute the European category strategy, identifying growth opportunities and market potential
• Create compelling retail concepts and in-store experiences tailored to different regions
• Acquire and onboard new retail and B2B customers in close collaboration with Sales teams
• Lead cross-functional alignment to ensure smooth product launches across markets
• Track performance and continuously optimize assortments, promotions, and logistics

• 4–6 years of experience in category management, trade marketing, or product/brand development within FMCG or consumer goods
• Proven track record of launching products into new channels or customer groups and surpassing growth targets, ideally across Europe
• End-to-end ownership mindset—from concept and planograms to supply chain and P&L
• Excellent communicator and relationship-builder, confident working across cultures
• Willingness to travel frequently across Europe
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to turn insights into action
• Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
