The tasks we want to entrust you with:
  • Processing orders, inquiries, and complaints, as well as preparing quotations
  • Supporting our customers via email and telephone
  • Maintaining and developing long-term customer relationships
  • Supporting our field sales representatives
  • Achieving personal and team sales targets
  • Collaborating with our headquarters in English
What do we expect?
  • Commercial training or university degree with experience in sales administration
  • Good communication skills and a structured work style
  • Proficient in MS Office, SAP experience is an advantage
The tasks we want to entrust you with:
  • generating leads from system data, events and autonomous research
  • analysis and qualification of leads
  • active outreach on all channels
  • travel to meet the customers: present the company and products, identify customer needs and potential, find opportunities to start or increase cooperation
  • establish, maintain and improve customer relations
  • report and maintenance of the acquired information in CRM
  • close cooperation with the sales department
  • representing the company during fairs and events
  • market research and report to the sales management
What do we expect?

  • good experience with usage of CRM-systems and MS Office

  • conducting sales activity of TME products (electronics market) on the English market;
  • processing customers transactions such as orders, quotes and claims;
  • providing the highest level of customer service (including phone calls);
  • maintaining and building long-term relationships with customers;
  • filling requests for samples, catalogues or information about products;
  • analysing the markets' needs and requirements;
  • meeting personal and team sales targets;
  • generating new and repeatable business through customer service initiatives;
  • administration and other office work.
What do we expect?
  • MSC/BSC or secondary education (preferred technical education, profile: electronics, electrotechnics, automatics or related);
  • proficiency in using computer and office software;
  • customer orientation;
  • strong ability to provide the highest level of customer service;
  • responsibility and self-discipline;
  • experience in administration/secretary task.
