Role

We are seeking a Rotating Maintenance Technician (H/F) under a VIE contract to work in the DACH region (Germany, Austria, Switzerland). Applicants must be under 28 years old, meet VIE conditions, and be bilingual in German.

Responsibilities

• Review client orders on the ERP and define intervention needs in coordination with ADV, Commercial, and SAT services.
• Prepare the intervention:
  • Review instructions.
  • Equip with necessary tooling.
  • Stock required spare parts.
  • Schedule client appointments autonomously.
• Execute SAT‑related interventions:
  • Curative: perform short‑term troubleshooting, diagnose technical issues, identify solutions, and restore equipment operation with client agreement.
  • Preventive: perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operation according to defined ranges.
• Train users on equipment operation.
• Alert SAT Manager if difficulties arise.
• Record interventions per defined procedures on the ERP.
• Deliver final documents (maintenance report, intervention form, device certificates).
• Maintain equipment provided (computing, tooling, mobility) in good condition.
• Respect company rules and processes.

Qualifications

• Under 28 years old, VIE eligible.
• Bilingual in German.
• Mechanical/electrical maintenance background.
• Autonomous, good presentation, strong relational skills.

Geographic Scope

The intervention zone includes Germany, Switzerland, Austria, with occasional travel to eastern France for internal training and a multi‑week training period at the headquarters in Bruz, France.

Other

Travel to the headquarters several times a year for training is required.
