Position Overview

Full‑time (40 hours/week) remote role based in Germany. You will mainly work from home but will travel to Herford or directly to customers when needed.

Responsibilities
  • Selling our digital product to machine manufacturers and operators from mid‑sized companies to global industrial corporations.
  • Guiding customers from initial contact to contract signing.
  • Acquiring new customers through cold outreach and networking.
  • Hybrid sales approach combining digital communication with traditional field sales.
  • Presenting our product in customer meetings as well as at industry events.
  • Contributing to the development of our sales strategy, organisation and activities.
Qualifications
  • A completed degree or comparable qualification in engineering, business or sales.
  • Proven initial success in sales or in introducing digital solutions to the mechanical‑engineering industry.
  • Passion for winning over new customers.
  • Practical experience in or strong interest in the field of industrial machinery and equipment service.
  • Experience with or enthusiasm for working in a tech startup.
  • Willingness to travel and enjoyment of customer visits, industry events and networking activities.
  • Excellent English and/or German skills.
