Our clients from the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and semiconductor sectors rely on our expertise in process engineering. To strengthen our leadership team in the Logistics & Simulation department, we are looking for an experienced professional with strategic thinking, technical excellence, and a passion for innovation.

Locations: Hamburg, Leverkusen, Bad Homburg, Stuttgart, Nürnberg, Ulm, München, Penzberg

• Full responsibility for the Logistics & Simulation department within Process Engineering in the Life Sciences sector.
• Technical and disciplinary leadership of multiple group leaders and interdisciplinary project teams.
• Strategic development of the department, with a focus on digital planning methods, material flow optimization, and simulation-based process planning.
• Ensuring technical excellence and compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., GMP, GAMP) in logistics planning and execution.
• Resource and capacity planning across multiple projects and international locations.
• Promotion of professional development of team members and active involvement in the acquisition and execution of national and international large-scale projects.
• Establishment and maintenance of long-term client relationships and representation of the department in interdisciplinary committees and in front of external partners.

• Degree in process engineering, logistics, industrial engineering, chemical engineering, or a comparable field
• Extensive professional experience in the planning and implementation of logistics processes and simulations in process engineering environments - ideally in regulated industries (pharma, biotech, life sciences).
• Proven leadership experience at group or departmental level in a technical or logistics-related environment.
• Solid understanding of GMP-regulated processes, technical standards, and digital planning and simulation methods.
• Strong strategic and analytical skills, high level of initiative, and a passion for innovation.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasiveness, and a cooperative leadership style.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken
